- Replace faulty engine torque strut.
- Road test vehicle for clunk when braking (worse downhill). Found L/F lower control arm (rearward) bushings faulty. Replace control arm and road test vehicle.
- Scan PCM for trouble codes. Determine DTC P2004 (IMRC stuck open B1). Trace out intake manifold runner control circuit. Determine faulty IMRC solenoid. Replace same. Clear code and retest.
