- Inspect exhaust manifold for leaks and found exhaust manifold warped and leaking. Replace manifold, gasket and necessary hardware. Road test vehicle and monitor converter operation. Determine faulty catalytic converter. Replace same, clear code and road test vehicle. The catalyst test ran twice and passed twice. The vehicle will need to be driven to set more monitors for DMV inspection.
