Check R/F turn signal operation. Trace out circuit and found #5 fuse (under dash) blown. Replace fuse and rewire circuit as necessary. Retest and found #5 fuse not blowing.
Clean and lube tail gate lock assembly. It is working as designed at this time. If it stops working, recommend replacing the latch assembly

Check for leaks in EVAP system. Found top of fuel pump assembly rotted through the top. R & R fuel tank and replace fuel pump assembly and rotted fuel lines (front and rear lines). Replace EVAP line (stuck to fuel pump) and faulty canister purge valve. Clear codes and retest EVAP system. Vehicle will need to be driven to set IM monitors for DMV inspection.
