Determine multiple misfire history, but mostly on cylinder #2. Check ignition system, cylinder compression and lead down on cylinder #2. Observe misfire only at idle. Suspect carbon build up on valves. Recommend getting a second opinion for the repair. (A fuel induction service was done several times to try and eliminate the problem. The cleaner did not help the misfire at idle.)

Clean and adjust rear brakes
Replace faulty thermostat housing assembly. Replace upper and lower radiator hoses (soft). Replace three heater hoses (soft). Fill with coolant and road test vehicle. Clear all codes. Road test vehicle. Vehicle will need to be driven more to set IM monitors for inspection.
Repair exhaust leak at flex coupling in front pipe (could be affecting readings for the converter).
Replace faulty electric cooling fan assembly (out of balance and vibrating).
Mount and balance four tires. Dispose of old tires.
Test and replace faulty battery.

Determine inability to control throttle body actuator. Test wires at connector. All inputs good. Determine faulty throttle body. Replace same along with gasket. Road test vehicle. Found vehicle misfiring at idle. Inspect cylinder #4 spark plug. Determine #4 spark plug has crack in porcelain. Replace all spark plugs, clear all codes and road test vehicle.
Change oil and filter, set tire psi, top off fluids.
