- Trace out affected ignition coil circuits. Found curcuits operating correctly. Check power and ground circuits to PCM. Determine .25 A/C voltage on power wires due to faulty alternator. Replace same and retest. Found transistor for ignition coil 4 inconsistently firing coil 4. Found PCM internally damaged from A/C voltage. Replace PCM and test drive vehicle to reset I/M monitors.
